Wales prop Gethin Jenkins has reportedly signed for Top 14 side Toulon from Cardiff Blues.
The British and Irish Lions forward will join the French club on a two-year deal, according to Wales Online.
Jenkins recently said that the Blues were not prepared to pay him while he was away on Wales duty.
"I definitely will not be with the Blues next season, and yes, I am going to France," he told the Western Mail.
"I was offered a deal by the Blues but that was after talks were put off about an extension on several occasions.
"In the end they said they couldn't pay me while I was fulfilling international commitments and so I felt I had no choice."
Jenkins joins fellow Wales starts Lee Byrne, James Hook and Mike Phillips in leaving the Welsh regions in favour of France.
