Canada's Benoit Huot has won gold in the SM10 individual medley with a world record time of 2:10.01.
The Canadian worked his way up the field from third to lead by the third turn and Andre Brasil of Brazil was forced to settle for second with 2:12.36.
Rick Pendleton of Australia was a further two-and-a-half seconds back from the Brazilian, and claimed bronze with 2:14.77.
