Fran Halsall has enjoyed triple success on the opening day of the FINA World Cup in Tokyo.
The 24-year-old, who is competing off the back of her triumphs at the Commonwealth Games and European Championships, stormed to victory in the 50m backstroke final in a time of 26.42 seconds.
The Southport swimmer's performance in that race also saw her break the British record, but she wasn't finished for the day as she secured her second gold medal.
Halsall won the 50m freestyle final in a time of 23.8 seconds.
