Dez Bryant has said that he is "very confident" that he will agree a new contract with the Dallas Cowboys during the forthcoming off-season.
The wide receiver, who recorded 1,320 receiving yards and scored 16 touchdowns during the regular season, is due to hit free agency later this year.
The 26-year-old told the Dallas Morning News: "Regardless, I'm a Cowboy. But it is what it is. It's business. I am a free agent. I'm very confident that something is going to happen, something is going to get done, and have these Cowboys fans excited for a long time. I'm a Cowboy at heart. It's Cowboys forever."
Bryant, who was a first-round pick in the 2010 Draft, has scored 56 touchdowns in his five seasons with the Cowboys.
