Detroit Lions head coach Jim Schwartz has hailed the sportsmanship of Washington Redskins' Mike Shanahan following his side's win at FedEx Field.
The Lions camera equipment sustained a technical fault during the game, which would have left Schwartz's side without vital footage needed to make adjustments.
However, after finding out about the Lions' troubles, coach Shanahan allowed them to use his side's footage from their cameras.
"I want to recognise Mike Shanahan and [Washington general manager] Bruce Allen," Schwartz told reporters. "They shared their pictures in the second half. They knew we were at a [disadvantage].
"They don't have to in that situation, but I thought it was a very sportsmanlike move. That shows the class that they have, the class of the Redskins organisation that they did that."
The Lions are 2-1 in their season following their victory over the Redskins.
