Danieal Manning has said that the Houston Texans' defense needs to get more turnovers to help quarterback Matt Schaub.
The 32-year-old has thrown interceptions which have been returned for touchdowns during his last four games, resulting in him being replaced by backup TJ Yates during the AFC South side's 34-3 loss to the San Francisco 49ers at the weekend.
The safety told the team's official website: "As a defensive player, it's so hard to say what best needs to happen on the offensive side and vice versa.
"I think the way we can help and do more is we've got to be able to get turnovers and continue to get the ball back to the offense. I believe, from that standpoint, is how we help."
Schaub has a total of nine interceptions and has been sacked 12 times so far this season in the NFL.
