The Indianapolis Colts have revealed that Khaled Holmes will miss two to three weeks while recovering from a sprained ankle.
The center sustained the injury during Thursday's 13-10 pre-season defeat to the New York Jets.
Head coach Chuck Pagano confirmed that he expects Holmes to be ready for the start of the regular season, when the Colts will face the Denver Broncos.
Holmes was a fourth-round Draft pick in 2013, playing three games for the AFC South side last season.
