Former Oakland Raiders defensive tackle Tommy Kelly has joined the New England Patriots on a two-year deal.
According to NBC Sports, the deal could be worth up to £3.2m across its duration, equalling the deal given recently to Emmanuel Sanders.
The report claims that Kelly has been given a £650,000 signing bonus with a £320,000 roster bonus and £32,000 workout bonus each year.
In terms of salary, the deal starts at £620,000 in year one before reaching £1.25m in the second year.
Kelly has made 419 combined tackles in his NFL career to date along with 34 sacks.
