Maurice Jones-Drew has revealed that he should be fit enough to play against the Miami Dolphins at Wembley Stadium this weekend.
The Oakland Raiders running back missed the team's last two outings with a hand injury which he sustained in the opening game of the season.
The 29-year-old told NFL Network: "Yeah, definitely. It's not up to me but I feel like I'll be able to play.
"Just trying to get on the field and help my man [Darren McFadden] out. I feel we both do better if we both out there. So obviously he's been taking the brunt of the carries and the brunt of the reps, so I want to get out there and try and give him a blow here and there and let him get his legs back underneath him so he can run."
Jones-Drew recorded 803 rushing yards and scored five touchdowns with the Jacksonville Jaguars last season, prior to his move to the Raiders.
