Oakland Raiders quarterback Matt Schaub has said that he is definitely not considering retirement from the NFL.
Schaub's future at the team has been called into question in recent weeks, following Oakland's decision to put its faith into Draft pick Derek Carr, but the player has stated that he has no intention to give up on the Raiders.
"Definitely not," said Schaub when asked about retirement, according to the Houston Chronicle. "I've got plenty of football left in me, plenty left to give."
Some rumours have suggested that Schaub could rejoin forces with Gary Kubiak as Joe Flacco's backup at the Baltimore Ravens next year.
