San Diego Chargers' Richard Marshall feels back to his best

San Diego Chargers cornerback Richard Marshall admits that he struggled for form in the 2013 campaign but he feels back to his best ahead of the new season.

San Diego Chargers cornerback Richard Marshall feels that he is back to his best ahead of the 2014 season.

The 31-year-old struggled to find his form for the Chargers after joining them just before the start of the season following his release by the Miami Dolphins.

However, after evaluating his performances in the last campaign, Marshall is determined to improve and feels that he is getting back to form.

"I don't feel like I was 100% last year," Marshall told the San Diego Union-Tribune. "I was disappointed in myself.

"I just look like a different player. I'm moving differently. I'm quicker. I have my legs under me. I look like myself again."

Marshall recorded 71 tackles and six pass deflections for the Chargers last season.
