The Charlotte Bobcats have announced that Kemba Walker will miss up to two weeks with a sprained ankle.
The point guard sustained the injury after stepping on Chris Bosh in the third quarter of the team's defeat to the Miami Heat on Saturday.
An X-ray revealed that there was no fracture in his foot, but an MRI scan yesterday confirmed a second-degree sprain, which will keep him off the court for 10 to 14 days.
Walker, who is averaging 18.7 points per game this season, had featured in 190 consecutive games for the Bobcats.
