Andrew Bogut sidelined following knee treatment

Golden State Warriors center Andrew Bogut is sidelined indefinitely while recovering from treatment on his right knee.

The Golden State Warriors have announced that Andrew Bogut has been ruled out indefinitely while recovering from treatment for an ongoing knee problem.

The center has undergone platelet-rich plasma therapy on his right knee, and is expected to be sidelined for several weeks.

Coach Steve Kerr told reporters: "He's fine. He's frustrated. He always wants to be out there. But the biggest thing is to have him healthy and we don't want to mess around with it."

Bogut has missed the last five games with his knee issue.
