Blake Griffin has said that the Los Angeles Clippers responded well to beat the Memphis Grizzlies last night.
The visitors were on the defensive for much of the first half before surging ahead after the break to end their two-game losing streak with a 101-81 victory.
The forward told reporters: "I thought the way we responded was good. There are challenges mentally and physically, and I think that was a mental challenge for us. We were mentally tough in that situation.
"I looked up at one point, and we were shooting like 28%. Our defense was keeping us there, then we finally took the game over when we started hitting shots. That's a good lesson for us."
The Clippers face the Cleveland Cavaliers tomorrow.
