Charles Barkley: 'LeBron James not coming to the Phoenix Suns'

Charles Barkley believes that LeBron James will not be coming to the Phoenix Suns despite the Suns meeting his salary demands and rumoured meetings with James's agent.

NBA Hall of Famer and former Phoenix Suns forward Charles Barkley believes that free agent LeBron James will not be coming to Arizona.

With the Suns one of few teams able to meet James's salary and an alleged meeting with the agent representing the two-time NBA champion, Barkley insists that there are only two places where James will go with the Suns not being one of them.

"I think he's either got to stay in Miami or go back to Cleveland," Barkley told Arizona Sports 98.7 FM.

"If he goes to another team and tries to bring all the stars, older guys like myself and probably most NBA fans will say 'this guy don't want to compete and win a championship, he wants to manipulate the system.'"

James became a free agent after opting out of his contract with the Miami Heat after spending four years with the franchise, winning two NBA championships.
