LaMarcus Aldridge has been ruled out for the next week with a groin strain.
The Portland Trail Blazers forward has been averaging 23.9 points per game this season.
Meanwhile, backup center Meyers Leonard will be sidelined for two to three weeks with a sprained ankle.
The Blazers face the San Antonio Spurs later today.
