Sacramento Kings head coach Michael Malone has insisted there were reasons to be positive following their 115-113 loss to the Golden State Warriors.
Despite fighting back from a big deficit in Sunday's game, the Kings failed to snatch a win as Stephen Curry scored two late free throws for the Warriors.
"What I like about our guys is that it could have been a 16-point deficit that turned into 30, but it turned into a two-point lead and giving ourselves a chance to win," Malone told reporters after his team's 11th loss of the season.
"We were only one defensive rebound away from winning the game."
Sacramento host the Oklahoma City Thunder in their next match on Tuesday.
