Team England boxer Joe Joyce has revealed that he knew how to "out-work" Ross Henderson in their Commonwealth Games bout on Tuesday.
Joyce advanced into the semi-finals of the super-heavyweight division after beating the Scot in all three rounds in Glasgow.
"I saw his fight previously and I have fought him twice before so I knew what areas I could capitalise on and I was confident that I would out-work him," he told Sports Mole.
"I knew he would come forward in the first round and have a go so I knew what to do."
Joyce will face Mike Sekabembe in the semi-finals on Friday.
