Manny Pacquiao has expressed his delight over the confirmation of his long-awaited fight against Floyd Mayweather Jr.
The duo will square off on May 2 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas in one of the most anticipated bouts in the history of the sport, with reports suggesting that the match could generate up to £162m in revenue.
Pacquiao wrote on Twitter: "I am very happy that Floyd Mayweather and I can give the fans the fight they have wanted for so many years.
"I dedicate this fight to all the fans who willed this fight to happen and, as always, to bring glory to the Philippines."
Mayweather will put his WBA and WBC welterweight belts on the line against Pacquiao, who in turn will put his WBO title up for contention.
