Team GB's Richard Jefferies has progressed to the men's canoe single (C1) 1000m semi-finals.
Jefferies could only finish last in heat three of the competition, but his time was fast enough to make the semi-finals.
Spain's David Cal Figueroa was the fastest qualifier, more than 54 seconds quicker than Jefferies.
