Graeme Swann has backed England to recover from their 90-run defeat to India in the World Twenty20 tournament on Sunday.
England were bowled out for 80 in Colombo but qualified for the Super Eights stage anyway and Swann believes that the defeat must be put behind them.
The spinner told Sky Sports News: "We're pretty upbeat still. Every team has got a shocker in them and we had ours yesterday (Sunday).
"It's a good job for us that the game didn't count for anything points-wise and we've already qualified so we'll just put it to bed and move on.
"All in all it was just a day to forget."
Craig Kieswetter defended England's batsman after the disappointing loss.
