South Africa captain AB de Villiers has insisted that he and his teammates will not "choke" when they face Sri Lanka in the quarter-finals of the World Cup on Wednesday.
The Proteas have not won any of their five matches at this stage in previous tournaments, but De Villiers has no concerns regarding the team's commitment.
"I haven't thought about that very often, all I can say is we're not going to choke," De Villiers told reporters in today's press conference. "We're just going to play a good game of cricket tomorrow and come out on top."
De Villiers is the world number one in the one-day batting rankings, while Kumar Sangakkara, who will face the South Africans tomorrow, is ranked second.
