Fallon Sherrock has earned a spot in the final stage of PDC Q School courtesy of a strong showing on Tuesday.
Having won just two matches during the opening two days of competition, Sherrock was under pressure to win at least three games on the final day to progress through to the final 128 later this week.
However, the 27-year-old impressed on day three, backing up a 5-0 win over Robert Whybrew with a 5-1 triumph over Kevin Lane, averaging 96 in the process.
That set up a showdown with former top-10 player Wes Newton, but Sherrock produced yet another outstanding performance in prevailing by a 5-2 scoreline.
Although Sherrock went down 5-4 in her last-32 clash with Scott Marsh, she had already earned enough points to participate over the next four days as she bids to earn her first PDC Tour Card.
