AC Milan have extended their unbeaten run in Serie A to seven matches with a 2-1 win over Parma at the San Siro.

The victory has seen the Rossoneri move up to third place in the table.

Milan went in 1-0 up at half time when Gabriel Paletta diverted a low cross into his own net on 39 minutes.

Their lead was doubled with 12 minutes left to play thanks to Mario Balotelli's free kick from the edge of the area.

Nicola Sansone pulled a goal back for the visitors late on, but it was not enough.
