Arsenal striker Olivier Giroud has dismissed concerns over his fitness by taking part in training with France this afternoon.
The 31-year-old picked up an injury during training with the national team on Monday, being pictured on the ground clutching his lower leg in pain.
However, Giroud was back taking part in normal drills with the rest of Didier Deschamps's squad today and could be in contention to feature in their international friendly double-header.
France will host Wales in Paris on Friday before taking on world champions Germany in Koln four days later in their final fixture of the year.
The news will also come as a relief to Arsenal, whose next outing comes against Tottenham Hotspur in the North London derby a week on Saturday.
Giroud is yet to make a single Premier League start this season, coming off the bench 10 times and scoring one goal in the top flight so far.
