Arsenal have been fined £60,000 for breaching the Football Association's agent regulations over the signing of Calum Chambers from Southampton.
The defender moved from the Saints to the Gunners in July 2014 for an undisclosed fee, which was believed to be in the region of £11m.
The FA has confirmed that Arsenal have been fined and warned about their future conduct, while agent Alan Middleton has been fined £30,000, warned and banned from any agency or intermediary activity for a period of three months.
"Arsenal admitted part of the breach but denied another, which was found not proven following an Independent Regulatory Commission," the FA wrote in a statement on their official website.
"The charges against Mr Middleton, which he denied, were found proven."
Middleton's ban will be suspended for 18 months and will not take effect unless he breaches the agent regulations.
