Carl Jenkinson hails Arsenal's defensive display against Hull City

Arsenal right-back Carl Jenkinson is pleased with how his side performed defensively against Hull City on Wednesday.

Arsenal right-back Carl Jenkinson has hailed his side's defensive performance against Hull City on Wednesday.

The Gunners scored twice at the Emirates Stadium to win their Premier League match against the Yorkshire side 2-0.

"We defended well and when we go forward we always look dangerous," BBC Sport quotes him as saying.

"We kept another clean sheet and if we do that we are going to win games. We did very well offensively and defensively.

"It's important we keep it going, because if we want to win the title we have to go on winning runs."

Arsenal are currently four points clear at the top of the league table.
