Granit Xhaka has allegedly 'lost the respect' of some of his Arsenal teammates since his angry outburst towards the club's supporters.
After reacting to fans cheering his substitution against Crystal Palace, Xhaka has been stripped of the club's captaincy and missed the last four matches in all competitions.
While Unai Emery has since handed the captain's armband to Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, the decision has allegedly not been backed by every member of the first-team squad.
However, according to The Athletic, there are also some senior players who have been left disappointed with the 27-year-old's actions since the incident.
The report claims that Xhaka has refused to apologise for his response, while he has also allegedly been involved in an argument with one of his teammates.
Arsenal are reportedly happy to part ways with the Switzerland international during the January transfer window.
