Sports Mole takes an in-depth look at how Arsenal could line up for Sunday's Premier League London derby with Brentford.

Arsenal have been hit with a fresh injury blow ahead of Sunday's Premier League London derby with Brentford.

The Gunners are already working without Reiss Nelson and Mohamed Elneny, while Cedric Soares (knock) and Emile Smith Rowe (groin) will need to undergo fitness checks.

Mikel Arteta has denied reports claiming that Ben White is carrying an injury after he was snubbed for an England call-up, but the Ukrainian FA have revealed that Oleksandr Zinchenko is set for a two-week absence with a muscular problem.

Kieran Tierney is therefore primed to start at left-back once more, but White will seemingly be fit enough to keep Takehiro Tomiyasu out of the side again.

William Saliba and Gabriel Magalhaes are nailed on to start in front of Aaron Ramsdale, and the Gunners have supposedly been boosted by the return of Thomas Partey to training.

Arteta may elect to keep the injury-hit midfielder on the bench for now, as Albert Sambi Lokonga and Granit Xhaka pair up in the middle, with creator-in-chief Martin Odegaard in the number 10 role.

Despite claiming a goal and assist on his debut against FC Zurich, Marquinhos will drop out for Bukayo Saka, while Gabriel Martinelli and Gabriel Jesus complete the Arsenal attack.

Arsenal possible starting lineup: Ramsdale; White, Saliba, Gabriel, Tierney; Xhaka, Lokonga; Saka, Odegaard, Martinelli; Jesus
