Saturday's Premier League predictions including Liverpool vs. Leeds United

Sports Mole provides score predictions for all of Saturday's Premier League fixtures, including champions Liverpool vs. newly-promoted Leeds United.

Fulham vs. Arsenal (Saturday, 12.30pm)

Arsenal get the 2020-21 Premier League campaign underway with a trip to London rivals Fulham on Saturday afternoon.

The Gunners ended last season on a high after lifting the FA Cup, while Fulham also bring momentum into the new campaign following their promotion from the Championship.

We say: Fulham 0-2 Arsenal

Fulham have lost their opening game in their last two Premier League campaigns, while Arsenal are seeking successive matchday one victories for the first time since 2010.The Gunners ended last season strongly and have carried that momentum into pre-season, so we are backing Arteta's men to make a winning start to this new campaign.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.

Crystal Palace vs. Southampton (Saturday, 3.00pm)

Crystal Palace and Southampton meet at Selhurst Park on Saturday afternoon on the opening weekend of the 2020-21 Premier League campaign.

The Eagles finished last season 14th in the table, nine points and three places behind matchday one opponents Southampton.

We say: Crystal Palace 1-1 Southampton

In the six opening day Premier League matches Crystal Palace have played at home, they have yet to win - a run stretching back to 1971-72.This is also a fixture that the home team do not tend to win, but with some added firepower in their ranks we can see the Eagles taking a point off a rusty Southampton.

Our tipster partners are predicting a double chance bet on a home win or an away win.

Liverpool vs. Leeds (Saturday, 5.30pm)

The opening day of the 2020-21 Premier League season provides a champions versus champions clash as last term's top-flight title winners Liverpool welcome Championship winners Leeds United to Anfield.

Life back in the big time after a 16-year absence could not get off to a tougher start for Leeds, while for Liverpool they will be aiming to get their title defence off to a winning start after ending their 30-year wait to be crowned kings of England.

We say: Liverpool 3-1 Leeds United

Leeds have the ability to cause Liverpool a few problems and this is unlikely to be a one-sided affair, despite Liverpool's imperious record at Anfield.Ultimately we expect the Premier League champions to get their title defence off to a winning start, but we also expect Leeds to give a good account of themselves on their return to the top flight.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 2.5 goals.

West Ham vs. Newcastle (Saturday, 8.00pm)

West Ham United and Newcastle United meet at the London Stadium in the opening round of Premier League fixtures on Saturday night.

Both teams finished last season in the bottom half of the division and will be looking to kick off the 2020-21 campaign in winning style.

We say: West Ham United 1-1 Newcastle United

Between them, West Ham boss Moyes (eight) and Newcastle counterpart Bruce (five) have lost more Premier League games on matchday one (13) than the other 18 current managers in the competition combined (11).Both teams will be targeting all three points from this tough-to-call contest, but we can see the spoils being shared at the London Stadium.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 1.5 goals.
