Arsenal create five-man wishlist for January transfer window?

Arsenal reportedly draw up a five-man wishlist for the January transfer window, including Robert Lewandowski and Diego Costa.

Arsenal have reportedly created a five-man wishlist for the January transfer window in a bid to secure a marquee signing.

The Gunners failed to bring in a big-name striker in the summer, despite numerous attempts to lure Luis Suarez from Anfield, as well as expressing interest in Gonzalo Higuain.

It is understood that Arsenal are willing to spend £30m in the winter, with Robert Lewandowski, Diego Costa, Ezequiel Lavezzi, Stephan El Shaarawy and Fernando Llorente all thought to be targets, according to Goal.com.

Manager Arsene Wenger is believed to be keen on signing a forward in order to alleviate the pressure off Olivier Giroud.
