Arsenal are reportedly one of a number of clubs preparing a contract offer for Leicester City goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel this summer.
The Danish stopper, who has been ever-present in Leicester's charge to the Championship title this season, will reach the end of his current deal in a couple of months.
While Leicester are said to be desperate to tie down the 27-year-old for their first season back in the Premier League, there are reportedly several clubs interested in nabbing him.
According to Danish publication BT, Arsenal are one of those clubs, with AC Milan and Southampton also said to be interested.
Schmeichel, who is the son of former Manchester United stopper Peter, was named as the goalkeeper in the PFA's Championship Team of the Year on Sunday night.
