Premier League side Arsenal are reportedly considering making a bid for Burnley full-back Kieran Trippier during the January transfer window.
The Gunners are believed to have watched the 22-year-old during Burnley's 2-1 loss at Ipswich Town on Saturday afternoon.
Their scouts were left suitably impressed by his performance and may now step up their interest by submitting an offer, according to the Lancashire Evening Telegraph.
The report has also claimed that Arsenal could see the former Manchester City player as a replacement for Bacary Sagna, who is said to be interesting Italian club Inter Milan.
Trippier joined the Clarets on a permanent basis last winter.
