Jack Wilshere has revealed that he is keen to address his Arsenal future before the 2018 World Cup.
The midfielder has worked his way back into the Reds first team this season after spending the 2016-17 campaign on loan at Bournemouth.
Wilshere's current deal with the Gunners will expire at the end of June, however, and his future is still unclear. The 26-year-old has said that he wants a decision to be made either way ahead of the World Cup in Russia.
"I have got three months left on my contract. I don't know how to answer that," Wilshere told reporters.
"Ideally, yes, I want it sorted as soon as possible. I want to go to the World Cup and enjoy it, but we have three months till then and a lot can happen. Ideally from my point of view and the club's point of view, they will probably want it sorted."
Wilshere is currently with the England squad preparing for the upcoming international friendlies with the Netherlands and Italy.
