Monaco have had a two-point penalty against them rescinded following a successful appeal from the Ligue 1 outfit.
The newly-promoted side were initially hit with the punishment due to crowd violence that occurred during Monaco's title winning celebrations.
"The superior appeal commission has decided to cancel the three-point penalty, including one suspended, handed to Monaco by the League disciplinary body after the club appealed the ruling," BBC Sport quotes the French Football Federation as saying.
Monaco have made headlines with their summer spending so far following the acquisitions of Radamel Falcao, James Rodriguez and Joao Moutinho.
