Aston Villa are said to be keeping an eye on Spartak Moscow striker Artem Dzyuba, according to the Daily Mail.
The 23-year-old, who broke into Dick Advocaat's Russian squad last year, has scored seven goals in 26 games this season.
Alex McLeish reportedly sent scouts to watch the 6ft 4ins frontman, who scored in Spartak's 2-1 defeat to local rivals CSKA.
It is believed that Dzyuba, who won his first cap against Greece in November, could cost Villa upwards of £5m.
