Yuri Berchiche 'agrees terms with Atletico Madrid, Athletic Bilbao'

Paris Saint-Germain defender Yuri Berchiche agrees personal terms with both Athletic Bilbao and Atletico Madrid, according to a report.

Paris Saint-Germain defender Yuri Berchiche has reportedly agreed personal terms with both Athletic Bilbao and Atletico Madrid as the Spaniard prepares to leave the French capital this summer.

Berchiche joined PSG from Real Sociedad ahead of the 2017-18 campaign, and the 28-year-old made 32 appearances in all competitions for his French club last term.

However, according to RMC Sport, Berchiche will leave PSG in this summer's transfer window, and has already agreed personal terms with both Bilbao and Atletico.

The report claims that both Spanish clubs will now look to agree a fee with PSG, who are under pressure to trim their squad in order to balance the books.

Berchiche, who has previously played for Tottenham Hotspur, made 88 appearances for Sociedad in all competitions ahead of a move to the French capital.
