Gerard Pique has become the latest Barcelona player to encourage coach Pep Guardiola to extend his contract with the club.
Guardiola's current deal is due to expire in the summer but he has so far been coy over how much longer he wishes to remain at the Nou Camp.
Despite reports that the Guardiola is keen to find a new challenge, Pique believes that he still has more to achieve with the Catalan club.
"He must continue at Barca for all he has experienced and for all there is still to experience," Pique told reporters. "Guardiola is key in the dressing room.
"He gave me the opportunity to experience this and I will always be grateful to him.
"I will never argue any decision he makes."
Guardiola has won 13 trophies in a four-year stint in charge of Barca.
