Former Barcelona B striker Jonathan Soriano believes that Celta Vigo boss Luis Enrique would be the perfect fit for the Spanish champions.
Enrique has been strongly linked with a move to Barca at the end of the season as speculation surrounding the future of current manager Gerardo Martino continues to grow.
"What Barca needs now is a coach with character and clear ideas, and everyone knows that Luis Enrique isn't lacking in the department," Soriano told Cadena SER.
"Luis Enrique has a way with working with the superstars (cracks). When he first took over at Roma, he got into it with [Francesco] Totti, but then the two formed a tight bond.
"He looks for possession, but in the end, what's most important, is to score. We're seeing that now with Celta - ball control but vertical play."
Soriano, who now represents Salzburg, played under Enrique in Barca's B team from 2009 until 2011.
