Barcelona coach Tito Vilanova has delayed his return from the United States on the advice of doctors treating his cancer.
The 44-year-old was expected to return to Catalonia this weekend, with rumours suggesting that he would attend this Sunday's fixture at Valencia.
However, Sport have now reported that the Spaniard will stay in New York to continue his treatment.
Vilanova, who took over from Pep Guardiola at the end of last season, has missed five games of the season due to his battle with cancer.
