Javi Martinez wary of "incredibly dangerous" Borussia Dortmund

Martinez: 'Dortmund are dangerous'
Javi Martinez warns Bayern Munich against the "incredibly dangerous" Borussia Dortmund ahead of their DFB Pokal quarter-final clash at the Allianz Arena.

Bayern Munich midfielder Javi Martinez has admitted that defeating Borussia Dortmund in the DFB Pokal on Wednesday will not be easy.

The two sides will lock horns in the quarter-finals of the competition at the Allianz Arena.

"Obviously, the Bundesliga fixture in early December is still fresh in the memory," he told Bayern's official website.

"It was a good encounter and very intense (a 1-1 draw in Munich). I'm expecting the same in the cup quarter-final, although there's even more pressure because it's a knockout match. But we're ready.

"Dortmund are very strong, with top players like [Robert] Lewandowski, [Marco] Reus and [Mario] Gotze, who are incredibly dangerous."

Bayern are currently 17 points clear of Dortmund at the top of the Bundesliga.
