Report: Keylor Navas heading to Bayern Munich

A report claims that Bayern Munich are on the verge of signing Levante goalkeeper Keylor Navas.

Bayern Munich are reportedly on the verge of announcing the signing of Levante goalkeeper Keylor Navas, who starred for Costa Rica at the World Cup this summer.

The stopper has been one of the most impressive performers in La Liga over the last couple of seasons and now his talent has been recognised on the world stage following a stunning World Cup campaign for his country.

Atletico Madrid have been strongly linked with a move, but according to Las Provincias, Navas is close to joining Bayern, who have had a £8m offer accepted.

Costa Rica reached the quarter-finals of the 2014 World Cup before bowing out to Netherlands on penalties.
