Joaquin wants Real Betis return

Fiorentina attacker Joaquin reveals that he wants to return to former club Real Betis.

Spanish attacker Joaquin has revealed that he wants to return to former club Real Betis before hanging up his boots.

The 33-year-old came through the youth system at Betis before going on to make over 200 appearances for the Spanish outfit.

Joaquin then moved on to Valencia and Malaga before joining current club Fiorentina, where he has been since 2013.

The former Spanish international, however, wants to return to his 'home' before retiring from the game.

"Betis is my life; my intention is to return because they have my heart and it's exciting to play there," he told Mediaset.

Betis currently sit fifth in Spain's Segunda Division, just two points off the leaders Las Palmas.
