Steve Kean reportedly met with Blackburn Rovers owners Venky's last night, but he insisted that the issue of his role at the club was not on the agenda.
Owners Venkatesh and Balaji Rao left Wigan at half-time on Saturday with Blackburn 2-1 down, but Rovers hit back to eventually draw the game 3-3.
"I don't know why they left their seats," Kean said.
"I'm due to meet them and we'll chat about what kind of funding we'll have in January."
Rovers are currently 19th in the Premier League with six points from 11 games.
