Championship side Blackpool have secured the services of free agent Ishmael Miller.
The 27-year-old had been without a club since the end of last season when he was released by Nottingham Forest.
However, having passed a medical at Bloomfield Road this afternoon, the striker has signed a one-year contract with the Tangerines.
"It's taken a little bit longer than we all expected and wanted, but it's done now and I can't wait, I'm raring to go," he told the club's official website.
"I've heard a lot about the club, and we've spoken in the past about me coming here. I spoke to the manager and he assured me he was going to do things the right way. He was an integral part of me signing here."
Miller could make his Blackpool debut against his former club Forest at the weekend.
