Blackpool manager Paul Ince has revealed that he is eager to give Neal Bishop a permanent contract at the club.
The 31-year-old is currently training with the Seasiders after being released by Notts County at the end of last season.
"Without a doubt I want to keep him here," Ince told the Blackpool Gazette.
"He is full of energy and loves to get forward, even though he is a little behind in terms of fitness.
"We need that type of dynamic midfielder who can get into the box. He does that job very well."
Ince previously worked with Bishop when he was in charge at Notts County.
