Cardiff City midfielder Craig Noone has been ruled out for the rest of the season with an abdominal problem.
The winger picked up the injury during his side's 3-0 defeat to Crystal Palace last weekend, and will now travel to the US to undergo further assessment.
"It's a big blow because Craig's been a player who's made things happen for us," BBC Sport quotes Cardiff manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as saying.
"It's very unfortunate when you're in the situation that we're in that we've lost Noone because he's been terrific.
"But that's football sometimes you can't pick everyone you want. Every team has injuries."
Cardiff currently sit in 19th place in the Premier League table, six points away from possible safety with five matches remaining.
