Carlisle United manager Keith Curle has admitted that he will have to sell players in January if he wants to add to his squad.
The Cumbrians are currently three points above the relegation zone in the League Two table following back-to-back defeats.
"I'm mindful of the fact we've got a lot of players in the dressing room and financially we can't just keep adding to that," Curle told the club's official website.
"For me to have the opportunity to bring players in, who I think will be good additions to the squad, the likelihood is that some will have to move out."
United are back in action on December 13 when they travel to Exeter City in the league.
