Goalkeeper Craig Gordon is reportedly ready to leave Celtic during the January transfer window.
Despite making 241 appearances for the Glasgow giants since 2014, Gordon is no longer regarded as first-choice stopper at the club.
Scott Bain and Fraser Forster are currently competing for the number-one jersey at the Scottish Premiership leaders, and it appears that has led to a decision by Gordon.
According to Football Insider, the 36-year-old is ready to inform Celtic that he wishes to join a new team at the midway point of the campaign.
While the veteran holds a contract until the end of the season, Celtic may welcome the opportunity to get the Scot off their wage bill if he is not featuring in the first team.
Each of Gordon's five outings this season have come in cup competitions.
