Barcelona boss Ernesto Valverde has claimed that his side cannot afford to play on the front foot for 90 minutes against Chelsea.
The Spanish giants head into the second leg of the Champions League last-16 tie between the clubs holding an advantage on away goals after a 1-1 draw at Stamford Bridge.
However, Valverde has suggested that their goal in West London does not give his side more licence to play attacking football at Camp Nou on Wednesday night.
At a press conference, the 54-year-old told reporters: "They have a lot of different ways of playing. They did that in London in the middle of the game. If they take a step back they have some very good individuals.
"We will try to beat them in any case. To keep playing and trying. We can't be on top of them for the whole match. They have the most counter attacks of the Premier League."
Barcelona are looking to beat Chelsea at their home ground for the first time in five attempts.
